Legal Privacy Policy
How Bidding Enterprise LLC collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website, cookies, and our text-message program.
Who we are
Bidding Enterprise LLC ("Bidding Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our") provides construction estimating and pre-construction services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit biddingenterprise.com (the "Site"), request an assessment, or communicate with us, including by text message (SMS). Our mailing address is Bidding Enterprise LLC, Kings Plaza, Brooklyn, NY 11234, United States.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit a form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, business type, trade or project type, and anything you tell us about the bids you are pursuing. If you email us plans or bid documents, we receive those files and your email details.
- SMS consent records — if you check the SMS consent box, we record that consent, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the consent language shown to you.
- Device and usage information — our hosting provider and the analytics and advertising tools described below collect technical data such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions such as form submissions and clicks on our phone number or email address.
- Security fields — our forms include hidden fields that help us detect automated spam submissions.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site operation, to measure how the Site is used, and to measure and improve our advertising:
- Google Tag Manager — manages the analytics and advertising tags on the Site.
- Google Analytics 4 — helps us understand traffic and how visitors use the Site.
- Google Ads — measures conversions (such as assessment requests) from our ads and may be used for remarketing, which shows our ads to people who have visited the Site.
We use Google Consent Mode. When you first visit, a cookie notice lets you Accept or Decline. If you decline, analytics and advertising cookies are turned off for that browser and your choice is remembered on your device. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer of every page. We also treat a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies. You can learn how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
When you arrive from an ad, we keep the campaign details — UTM tags and ad click IDs such as gclid or fbclid — in a first-party cookie and your browser's storage for up to 90 days so we know which campaign brought a request; if you choose Decline, we keep only the non-personal campaign tags and do not store ad click IDs or set advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and schedule your free pre-construction assessment.
- To contact you about our services by email, phone, or — only if you consented — SMS.
- To provide, manage, and improve our services and the Site.
- To measure and improve our marketing and advertising.
- To keep records of consent, protect against fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business — for example, website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email, SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising providers — who may use it only to provide services to us or as described in their own terms; when required by law or to protect our rights; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
Your US state privacy rights (including California)
Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the "sale" of personal information, the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and certain profiling.
Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the past 12 months. Our use of Google Ads cookies for remarketing may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out by choosing Decline in the cookie notice (or "Cookie choices" in the footer), or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
To exercise your rights, email Estimate@Biddingenterprise.com or call 718-717-2729. We will verify your request using information we already hold, may accept requests from an authorized agent with proof of authority, and will respond within the time required by law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will respond to appeals as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Categories of personal information we collect in a year may include identifiers and contact details, commercial information about your business needs, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences about your interest in our services, collected from you, your device, and our service providers, for the purposes described above.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send text messages about your assessment request and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: lead and customer records for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterward, consent records for as long as needed to demonstrate consent, and analytics data according to the retention settings of our analytics provider (currently no more than 14 months for Google Analytics event data). We then delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your other choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and control cookies through our cookie notice, your browser settings, and the Google tools linked above.
International visitors
We serve clients in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed; material changes will be posted on this page.
